First, let me welcome you to 2009 and the long awaited new edition of OurTeenVoices.com. It’s been a long time, I shouldn’t have left you. It’s been too long since I’ve been gone. I can’t say enough about how much I’ve missed you guys.
As 2008 was winding down, I have been working with teens and helping different organizations with literary and business education programs. I’ve also ended my studies and have begun writing full time. Well, I’ve always written full time and now I will have even more time to write. I also ended “The Hold On Be Strong Teen Series” with my September release of ROLLIN’ WIT THE PUNCHES.
Unfortunately, I did not get to interview any authors for the January edition of OurTeenVoices.com, but don’t worry. New interviews will be coming for February as they are in progress now. Also coming January 27, 2009, OurTeenVoices.com will be hosting a new online soap opera for young adults title “Jordan’s Joint”. An online soap opera is like reading a script online and each week, you log in to see what is going to happens next. "Jordan's Joint" follows the tale of Jordan Monday as he seeks to find his biological parents without hurting his adoptive family's feelings. It will be one of two of OurTeenVoices.com’s new features… I am working on the second one and I hope it will be ready by time I update the site in February.
