At what age did you guys pen your first novel?
(J)I completed Dirty Money, along with Ashley, at the age of 18.
Did you find that being young in this industry to be an advantage or disadvantage?
(J)It is definately anadvantage. In our case we were competing with authors much older than us and by us being so young, it gave us uniqueness. People couldn't believe that we aere 18 writing about the stuff we were penning.
Are you guys still pursuing college degrees and if so, where?
(J)Yeah we still are in school.
What’s next on the plate?
(J)Yo, it's crazy right now. We just got a crazy deal with a major. We are coming out with our own line, but we can't speak on it right now. It's coming though fam. We both also are coming out with solo novels.
If a young writer came up to you and asked you for advice, what you would say to them?
(J)I would defanitely tell them to stay on their grind and go get it, nah mean? This industry is not for the lazy. It's not impossible to get on at a young age because we did it...and that's the easy part. You have to stay consistent and always put your best foot foward
